Wholesale Shipping & Tracking Policy
* Tracking Details & Customer Responsibility: Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp. Please use the tracking number to monitor your parcel on the courier’s website — following up with the courier is the customer’s responsibility.
* Delivery Timeline & Updates: Orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on the courier and location. We recommend regularly checking tracking updates to ensure safe delivery.
* Delays or Issues: For delays, lost, or damaged parcels, please contact the courier’s customer care directly. We can provide shipment details to assist, but cannot chase courier teams or guarantee delivery until the courier confirms the issue.
* Our Role & Support: As a wholesale supplier, our primary responsibility is to dispatch orders safely and on time. We’re happy to guide and answer questions, but cannot handle courier follow-ups.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within India.

2. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after your order and payment are confirmed.
Custom or special orders may take longer, and we will notify you if that applies.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (you can set your own threshold).

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or other factors outside our control.
