Refund and Returns Policy

Embellish Dream Jewellery believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. 
• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a defective or damaged or incorrect product has been sent.
• To claim any damage or defective item, a 360° degree opening video of the parcel is mandatory. However, minute damages are possible in transportation which are manageable. If all items are damaged or defective, you can report to us with the opening video of the parcel.
• Colours may slightly vary from the pictures given.
